Common questions
What happens to unused cases?
Unused cases roll over to the next month, then expire. Your retainer covers the volume you configured; the rollover absorbs a slow month.
What if I file more cases than my plan includes?
Extra cases are welcome at a fixed all-in overage rate shown on your quote. No surprises and no renegotiation mid-month.
Are court fees included?
Court filing and service fees are billed at the court's actual cost, on top of your retainer, and itemized. We never mark them up.
Is accepting the quote a binding contract?
No. Accepting confirms you have reviewed the quoted terms and tells our team to reach out and start the engagement. Nothing is charged. Neither party is bound until a service agreement is fully signed by both sides, and you can cancel your quote at any time before then.
