Case Pack Terms

These terms supplement the EvictPro Terms of Service, which apply in full, including their governing law, venue, and dispute resolution provisions. Your agreement is with BMP Property Management LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as EvictPro.

  1. 1. What you are buying. A Case Pack is a one-time purchase of five (5) case credits at the price shown at checkout. One credit covers the professional services for one eviction case, from filing through eviction day, for whichever of those stages your case actually requires. If your case needs a military status verification (SCRA Compliance Check) before a default judgment, that service is included in your credit at no extra charge.
  2. 2. What is billed separately. Court filing fees and court service fees (including per-tenant and per-location fees) are charged to you at the court's actual cost when each case is started. We never mark up court fees.
  3. 3. Using your credits. A credit is used when you submit a case on the platform. Once a credit is used, that case remains fully covered for the life of the case, even after your pack window ends.
  4. 4. The 30-day window. Unused credits expire thirty (30) days after purchase. The Case Pack is designed for cases that are ready to file now, meaning your notices have been served and the required notice periods have passed. If you are not there yet, serve your notices first and purchase when your cases are ready.
  5. 5. All sales final. Case Pack purchases are not refundable. Credits, whether used, unused, or expired, are not refundable. Purchase a Case Pack only when your cases are ready to file. Service issues on an individual case are handled under the Terms of Service.
  6. 6. One active pack. One Case Pack may be active per account at a time. You may purchase another when your pack is used up or expired.
  7. 7. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the legal prerequisites to filing, including any rental licensing or lead certification your jurisdiction requires, and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Credits are not refundable because a case could not lawfully be filed.
  8. 8. No outcome guarantee. We provide professional case preparation and court process services. We do not guarantee any court outcome, timeline, or recovery.
  9. 9. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship. EvictPro is not a law firm and these services are not legal advice.
  10. 10. Changes. Pricing and these terms may change for future purchases; the terms and price in effect at your purchase govern your pack.
